This solid-top guitar from Schecter upholds all their standards for building great guitars, and the results are clear as soon as you pick it up. From carefultonewood selection to fantastic design and ergonomic performance, this is an instrument that can hold up to the demands of a professional.
Construction & Design
This guitar is built with a solid spruce top. Solid-top guitars age better than their laminate counterparts, and play more consistently in varying temperatures and humidity levels. The rest of the body is crafted from mahogany for a rich, booming sound and great tonality. The set neck is also made of mahogany and provides the stiffness needed for the guitar to properly project. A dovetail neck joint adds further solidity and stiffness. This design style allows Schecter to get the most out of the materials, ensuring you get a guitar that’s more than the sum of its parts.
Accessories & Hardware
Inside the sound hole you’ll find Schecter’s own Acoustic Piezo pickup, ready to channel the body’s rich resonance out to a bigger audience. You’ll also find on-body controls with the onboard tuner and Schecter 3-band EQ. Other noteworthy parts include Schecter’s own precision tuners, a rosewood acoustic bridge, and eye-catching pearloid inlays.
